Suddenly, after the long weekend, it has become pretty quiet in the Garden.

What a summer we had!  Every time we were in the garden working, whether it was Wednesday morning or Thursday evening, there were people wandering through the Garden, climbing the Tower or having a picnic.  The compliments we received about how the Garden looked should keep us going long into fall.

There are still plenty of flowers blooming as summer winds down and the grass has really bounced back from last year's drought.  Our new goldfish are all thriving and have been busy making babies!

It's the time of year when the ornamental grasses and black eyed Susan's really steal the show!
